System Size Jusification
Based on MA State Law 220 CMR 18.06, systems below 10 kW AC are exempt from the state cap on net metering. This means under current law, there is no limit on the number of homeowners that can participate in net metering if there system is below 10 kW AC.
There are no offset restrictions in Eversource territory.
