Mosaic requires the solar PPW to be under $6.50/W
The adders vary according to the product used as follows:

- Previously, adders were not accepted on a Choice loan except for re-roofing, with a maximum of 50%. However, it has been updated to allow a maximum of 35% adders on a Solar Choice loan. If adders are used on a choice loan, it cannot exceed 35% of the loan amount. Re-roofing remains permissible at 50% of the loan amount.

- For Solar Plus loans, re-roofing and adders are still allowed at a maximum of 50% of the loan amount.

They can have up to half of the loan financed for the roof. So if solar is $50,000, then the max loan with a roof could be $100k. On the solar side, max PPW of $6.50, so with the adder, max $13/ppw (50% of the total amount).
